In Rethymno, in the village of Roussospiti – the so-called "balcony of Rethymno" – the villas "THIMONIES" are situated.

It is a complex of four independent, newly built residences, with private swimming pools, only 5.5 km from the town centre. They are in perfect harmony with the natural environment, so that privacy and relaxation are ensured in the tranquility of nature.

The sensitivity and the delicate taste of the owner have successfully combined the functionalism and the comfort of space with tradition.

The traditional residences "Elia", "Rodia", "Dafni" and "Myrtia" provide all the facilities for a comfortable stay all year round.

In the two levels of the outside space, among the trees and the herbs of Crete, you can enjoy the morning dew next to the swimming pool or the midday rest under the vine arbour.

Around the fireplace of the sitting room you can relax and feel the warmth of your friends or family on the built -in settee that the villas have.

The bedrooms are spacious and different, however in similar style, decorated discreetly with the grandmother’s old furniture which give a sense of authenticity and high quality to your stay in the villas.

The residences are located on the highest point of the village so that they offer irresistible view of the “Fortezza” fortress and the sea. Visitors are given the chance to wander in the lanes and the churches of the village and to trek in the E4 path of Mount Vrisinas.
